There are several positive things to mention today.  First, the news with the Gov't stepping in and taking over Freddie and Fannie has had a favorable trickle effect.  Rates have dropped, buyers that were sitting on the fence are starting to jump and couple that with the current absorption rate decreasing slightly (inventory of homes) are all positive signs, right??!!  Secondly, this time of year we typically see another 60 days of good selling.  Weather is beautiful, people are looking to get into a new home before the holidays and Open House traffic increases creating a little bit of a "buzz".  So, if you're thinking of Buying or Selling, now is a good time.  Call me!
